Slice, Serve and Sip - Rocky Road Recipe

Made by Mandy adds a delightful peanut butter twist to this classic recipe and pairs it with our Summerhouse Sauvignon Blanc for afternoon tea. For a more traditional wine match, we love a glass of Pinot Noir for an after-dinner treat. But don't forget our Rosé to perfectly complement those pink marshmallows!
Ingredients
375g Chocolate
20g Butter
20g Peanut Butter
1 teaspoon coconut oil
160g marshmallow, halved
75g granola, divided (almond and honey flavors)
20g raw pistachio, roughly chopped
15g puffed rice
5g dried flowers to decorate, optional
Serves: 12
Method:
Line and grease a square baking tin, set aside.
Place chocolate, everything butter, peanut butter and coconut oil in a saucepan over low heat. Stir gently until melted.
In a separate bowl, combine marshmallows, 65g granola, pistachios and puffed rice, then pour over the melted chocolate and mix well.
Transfer rocky road to the prepared tin and spread evenly. Sprinkle with remaining 10g granola and dried flowers. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Then slice, serve and sip.
