Sauvignon Blanc Marlborough

Summerhouse Sauvignon BlancWinemakers Tasting Notes

Our Sauvignon Blanc has lifted aromas of citrus and blackcurrant with an attractive herbal and floral influence. Underlying minerality enhances the generous palate. This is a complex wine, softly textured with gentle acidity, the fine fruit flavours linger through to an elegant, textural finish.

Suggested Food Pairing

Crisp Caesar Salad or herb crumbed Fish fillets.

5 Stars & Top 10: Cuisine Magazine Sauvignon Blanc
A racy, clean minerally expression, an outstanding match to a warm goat’s cheese salad.

Michael Cooper’s New Zealand Wine Guide
Mouth-filling, crisp and vibrantly fruity, with good intensity of melon, lime and capsicum flavours, dry, racy and long. Fine value.
