Winemakers Tasting Notes
A single vineyard wine from a stunning vineyard in the Taylor Pass. Our 2014 Pinot Gris displays ripe tropical and nectarine fruits with an attractive ginger spice undertone. Richly textured with distinct mid palate weight, it is beautifully balanced by a fine line of acidity and a subtle sweetness.
Drinking well in it’s youth this wine will age gracefully and reward further careful cellaring.
Suggested Food Pairing
Spicy Thai green curry or fresh sushi. This wine would also be an ideal aperitif with a selection of cheeses and crackers.
